Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with current legislation, our customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of their order, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs, which remain their responsibility.

2. Return conditions: To benefit from the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw by sending us an unambiguous declaration by email to hellosilk.contact@gmail.com. The product must then be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging, accompanied by all its possible accessories. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund: Once the product has been returned and received by our services, we will process the refund within 30 working days. The refund will be made using the initial payment method used by the customer when ordering.

4. Non-compliant or defective products: If the product received by the customer does not conform to his order or has a defect, the customer has 7 days from receipt to inform us of the problem. We then undertake to proceed with an exchange or a full refund, according to the customer's choice.
